The Certified Commercial Leasing Specialist (CCLS) designation gives you the education you need to succeed in commercial real estate.

The Curriculum

You must complete the ten+ courses shown below to earn your Certified Commercial Leasing Specialist (CCLS) designation.

Content is provided via DVDs and a printed manual that you can use for reference when training or when making actual deals!

To Earn The Designation

To earn the designation, you must complete the ten+ courses listed below, then pass a comprehensive final examination.

The exam is an open book, 200 question comprehensive review plus an "essay" that asks you to "write up a deal" (in other words, you get to practice what you've learned. In fact, many graduates have told us that the essay helped them get their "footing" with their own deals, after becoming certified!).

You simply take the exam at your home or office, then mail it to us. The Institute will then grade and provide your Certificate, a license to use the Certified Commercial Leasing Specialist (CCLS) designation, the CD containing practical forms that you can use right away in your practice.

You also receive a professional profile webpage that displays your own practice areas and submarkets so potential clients can find you easily. You can get warm and hot leads as a result. As your practice evolves, you provide us with changes you want on your own webpage (we do the work).
